Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psycho-social assessments of clients to determine mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Diagnose and provide treatment for a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders, adapting care plans as necessary based on client progress.

• Engage in crisis intervention to assess client safety and refer individuals to appropriate resources and services for support.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare providers, families, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive care and facilitate effective discharge planning.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Organize and prioritize daily responsibilities by assessing the needs of new, ongoing, and transitioning clients.
\n
• Provide integrated therapeutic services, including family therapy and individual sessions, while employing various evidence-based approaches.

• Advocate for clients' needs with outside agencies and ensure they have access to community resources that support their mental health journey.

• Offer consultation and debriefing for staff members surrounding sensitive situations, contributing to a healthy team atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with varying degrees of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will allow you to adapt interventions to fit the cultural and emotional contexts of each client, fostering a genuine therapeutic alliance that encourages growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active, state-level licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC/MHSP.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on developing rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
