Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and working directly with clients to collaboratively set and achieve individualized treatment goals.

• Providing evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy tailored to client needs.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing personalized treatment plans in consultation with clients and their support networks.

• Collaborating with other mental health providers and community placement agencies to optimize client care.

• Completing necessary documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports, in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintaining an active caseload while managing session notes effectively to track client progress.

• Participating in regular staff meetings to foster team cohesion and sharing of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and active license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Strong understanding and familiarity with community mental health resources and services.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues.

• The ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients, enhancing their therapeutic experience.

Preferred Experience\n
