This remote role offers a flexible work environment, allowing you to set up an office space that suits your needs. You will engage with clients across a broad geographic area, utilizing our secure online platform to conduct therapy sessions. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a balanced work-life routine while ensuring you are available for clients when they need you most.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to understand clients' needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges.

• Deliver ongoing therapy through video conferencing, providing a safe space for clients to discuss their mental health concerns.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system to track client progress and adjust treatment as necessary.

• Engage in regular consultation with other mental health professionals to ensure best practices are followed and to enhance the therapeutic process.

• Stay current with industry trends and engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer reviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse caseload of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families, experiencing various mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral issues. Our pre-screened clients arrive prepared for therapy, allowing you to focus on providing clinical care rather than outreach or intake.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice in Tennessee as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of psychological assessment methods and therapeutic techniques.
