Work Environment\n

As a remote position within an outpatient office setting, you will engage with clients primarily through teletherapy platforms. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some required flexibility to accommodate client appointments that may fall outside those hours. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to assess clients' needs, diagnose conditions, and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address mental health challenges faced by individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups via virtual platforms, focused on fostering understanding and providing community support for common mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Participate in crisis intervention services, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients about their diagnoses, treatment options, coping mechanisms, and relevant community resources.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and educational workshops to remain current with advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population you will serve includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships issues, and substance abuse. As an essential member of our outpatient team, you will work with clients of varying ages and socioeconomic statuses, tailoring your interventions to meet their unique cultural and contextual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with a proven ability to assess and diagnose effectively.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, demonstrating a strong aptitude for building rapport with diverse client populations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, vital for establishing trust-based relationships with clients.

• Strong ethical judgment and adherence to professional boundaries, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Prior experience in a remote working environment or teletherapy practice is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
