Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish clients' mental health needs and create personalized therapy plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress, treatment interventions, and any changes in treatment plans.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case management and contribute to continual improvement practices within the organization.

• Develop a strong rapport with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance that helps promote their overall mental health and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range widely in age and background, presenting with various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. Your expertise will enable you to navigate different therapeutic contexts, providing quality care to those in need while adapting to each individual’s particular requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and maintain professional boundaries.

• Proven ability to work independently while effectively managing a case load.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy in a remote or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
