Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through secure video chat sessions, ensuring confidentiality and a safe space for clients.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to inform the development of personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement therapeutic interventions that help clients build new coping strategies, improve problem-solving abilities, and enhance their communication skills.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client records with minimal paperwork to streamline your efforts and focus more on client care.

• Engage in regular consultation with interdisciplinary team members to discuss client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must possess a current state license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, allowing for independent, unsupervised practice.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.

• Proven ability to engage with clients compassionately and effectively, alongside strong computer literacy skills.
