Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Provide tailored psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to assist clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of clients' diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to create a holistic treatment plan for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources, acting as an advocate for their needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest trends and practices in mental health therapy.

Your work will primarily involve clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health therapy license (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
