Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health needs, providing clinical diagnoses aligned with current best practices.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, ensuring alignment with measurable goals and interventions.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and creating safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records, including treatment progress notes and assessment findings, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, medical doctors, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive, holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges and treatment pathways, ensuring they are informed advocates for their own wellness.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to stay updated with the latest in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, with additional financial incentives including a sign-on bonus.
