Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health by utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to identify concerns and formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique situation and goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions online, utilizing methods that promote engagement and foster therapeutic relationships, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients undergoing acute psychological distress, ensuring appropriate measures are taken to safeguard their well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, which includes documenting client progress and updates in treatment plans.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to enhance care coordination, share insights, and develop comprehensive strategies for client well-being.

• Educate clients and families about mental health strategies, treatment options, and resources in the community, acting as a strong advocate for their mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a potential sign-on bonus.
