Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, employing standardized tools and personalized interviews.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide direct therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to facilitate growth and healing.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies and approaches based on evolving needs and outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, implementing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicia— to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each client.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending training sessions, webinars, and conferences to stay abreast of mental health trends and best practices.

• Contribute to peer supervision sessions, sharing insights and learning from colleagues to enhance therapeutic skills.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards set forth by relevant licensing boards, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LPC/MHSP, LCSW) is mandatory.
