This position is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule and work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients.

• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitating telehealth counseling sessions, utilizing video conferencing tools to engage clients in meaningful therapeutic conversations.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical records, including medical histories, assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Responding to crises and implementing safety plans when necessary, particularly in cases involving substance abuse, trauma, or domestic violence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have a diverse clientele, presenting a range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders and substance abuse challenges. Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals and families who may face barriers to accessing traditional in-person support, ensuring that all clients receive the compassionate and professional care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Relevant licensure as a LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Washington.
