Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video sessions providing evidence-based counseling to individual adult clients, facilitating their journey toward mental wellness.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches, aligning strategies to meet diverse patient needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement tools, and goal-oriented measures to continually refine treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Participate in ongoing training and case consultations to enhance therapeutic techniques and methodologies relevant to clients' evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients who may present with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. We prioritize a culturally responsive approach, ensuring that our services are accessible and effective for individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (designations such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT are required).

• A minimum of one year of independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.
