Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans that address each client's specific mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals from various disciplines to enhance treatment outcomes and develop comprehensive care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing a multitude of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado is mandatory.

• At least two years of pertinent counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical counseling standards is a prerequisite for this role.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
