Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create well-structured, individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients' unique challenges effectively.

• Maintain confidential and accurate clinical documentation, complying with HIPAA and internal regulations to uphold the highest ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other counselors, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve treatment strategies and outcomes.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community support services.

• Stay informed about current research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health care to enhance personal and team competencies.

Qualifications\n
