Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for clients, using evidence-based methods.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring synchronized care and optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals and families with limited access to care, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
