Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients based on their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering an environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to create and manage comprehensive care strategies that enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mindfully Life Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado is mandatory.

• At least two years of experience in a counseling role, particularly in a clinical environment, is required.

• A solid foundation in legal and ethical standards in the field of mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
