Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a respectful and compassionate approach to all interactions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, staying informed on the latest advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential for this role.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to the practice of counseling is required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, which will be commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
