Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
