Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth virtual assessments and create individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities that best suit client requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable goals, and monitor their progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy tools and methodologies to offer convenient access to mental health services for clients across various regions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and progress in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on emerging best practices within the mental health field, contributing to your growth as a clinician.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves clients who are pre-screened for stability, presenting low acuity needs. This allows counselors to engage deeply with their clients, focusing on achieving positive outcomes without the pressures associated with crisis situations. The population is diverse, encompassing various demographics and personal backgrounds, and it is our goal to tailor our interventions to best serve each individual's unique story.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field.

• Current and clean licensure in Tennessee as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• At least 2–3 years of clinical experience in counseling or therapy settings, demonstrating strong case management and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
