Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions where clients can share experiences, develop social skills, and learn from one another.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will primarily focus on young adults facing mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and life transition issues. Our clients often seek to develop life skills, enhance their coping mechanisms, and achieve overall mental wellness. You will play an essential role in empowering these individuals to overcome difficulties and attain their goals through supportive counseling.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Experience working with clients in residential or outpatient mental health settings, specifically with mood disorders.

• Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and accurate documentation practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
