Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, developing individualized therapy plans based on their unique needs, conditions, and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work primarily with diverse adult populations experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will be expected to employ culturally competent practices to effectively engage with clients from various backgrounds and to adapt therapeutic interventions that resonate with their cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling setting.
\n
• Proven understanding of a range of mental health disorders, therapy methodologies, and cultural competence in delivering mental health services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport and establish therapeutic alliances with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
