Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services using evidence-based methods and a variety of therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention support for clients facing acute distress or emergencies, utilizing effective assessment tools and risk management strategies.

• Initiate and participate in community outreach and educational programs to enhance mental health awareness and reduce stigma in the broader community.

Qualifications\n
