Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their specific mental health needs, followed by creating tailored treatment plans to facilitate their recovery journey.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities to deliver evidence-based services to individuals, couples, groups, and families, adapting your approach based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to provide coordinated care that addresses all aspects of clients' health and well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance and resources.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this role, candidates must:

• Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrate cultural competence to effectively engage with and support diverse populations.
