Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical services to clients through virtual sessions, ensuring that treatment plans are client-centered and recovery-oriented.

• Continuously assess individual treatment needs to adjust therapeutic approaches as required.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized service plans, actively involving them in their care.
\n
• Facilitate skill-building workshops focusing on coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills.

• Educate clients about available community resources, acting as an advocate to connect them with essential services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals aged 18 and older who are experiencing difficulties due to mental illness. You will engage with a diverse client population, each with their unique backgrounds and challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A current state license from the state board, including options such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, is mandatory for this position.

• Demonstrated proficiency in practicing independently without supervision.
\n
• A clean slate with no disciplinary actions on your license is essential.
\n
• Proven experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural empathy for clients' needs.
\n
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a strong and stable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific behavioral therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and community resource navigation.

• Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide:
