Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Delivering high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to tailor treatment plans according to client needs.

• Collaborating actively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the treatment experience and ensure cohesive care planning.

• Engaging with clients to promote their autonomy and foster self-efficacy through strength-based interventions.

• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population including adults seeking recovery from substance use disorders and individuals facing co-occurring mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychologist (PsyD), or equivalent.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality in all therapeutic interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
