Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional needs, and work with them to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring that clients receive integrated and comprehensive care.

• Educate and support clients’ families, providing them with the tools and resources necessary to aid in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical records and documentation in accordance with regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele who present with unique mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting offering mental health counseling services.

• Strong therapeutic skills and the ability to build rapport and motivate clients throughout their recovery journey.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, facilitating collaboration within the treatment team.

Preferred candidates will have advanced training or experience in specific therapeutic modalities and familiarity with electronic health record systems. Specialized experience in community mental health settings or working with marginalized populations is also favorable.
