This fully remote position allows you to thrive in a supportive, flexible work environment. You will engage with clients via video sessions using state-of-the-art teletherapy platforms, offering you the ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the autonomy of creating your own schedule Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities, ensuring you can focus on providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based care and therapeutic interventions through weekly live video sessions tailored for individual adults.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to ensure holistic and comprehensive client treatment.

• Utilize technology to monitor client progress through automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement measures, and individualized goal tracking.

• Participate in regular team consultations and case discussions to foster a collaborative environment where continuous improvement is encouraged.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a wide range of individuals across different backgrounds and experiences who seek support for various mental health challenges. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with adult populations, specifically focusing on those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
