Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based mental health therapy sessions with individual adult clients utilizing secure live video technology.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rediscovered Trauma Recovery Center, you will work with a diverse client population, primarily consisting of adults facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will employ trauma-informed care principles to establish a supportive environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active state license as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Please note, we are not able to accept therapists who require supervision to provide individual therapy.

• Proficiency in using technology for therapy delivery and documentation, including familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Clear disciplinary history with no actions against your professional license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring comprehensive medical support.
