Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals based on their specific mental health concerns.

• Provide one-on-one counseling and therapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, or other evidence-based practices suited to the client's needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster peer support and shared experiences among clients facing similar challenges.

Qualifications\n
