This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to provide care and therapeutic services from the comfort of your home while still ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to establish effective individualized therapy strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client groups, including individuals, couples, and families, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records as mandated by legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality and privacy of all client interactions.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and feedback, participating in case consultations as needed.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and workshops to stay current with trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse clientele struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be vital in addressing the needs of individuals from varying backgrounds, including families dealing with systemic issues and couples navigating relationship challenges. Through your guidance and support, you will directly improve the quality of life for those you work with.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, specifically within a clinical context, is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload capacity.
