Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessment interviews and diagnostic evaluations of clients to establish their mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring alignment with therapeutic best practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote mental health resilience.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to remain informed about the latest trends in mental health care and counseling methodologies.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during acute episodes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, allowing you to enhance your therapeutic skills while making a positive impact on their lives. You will engage families in the counseling process, helping to strengthen relationships and support systems for clients, and thus contributing to their overall recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
\n
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective rapport with clients and collaboration with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure counseling experience, preferably in a community health or clinical environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing therapy for a diverse range of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
