Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport through regular communication and supportive interactions.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress.

• Develop, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote mental well-being.

• Maintain thorough documentation including progress notes and treatment summaries to ensure compliance with best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
