Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish baseline treatment goals.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as required to ensure ongoing advancement towards therapeutic objectives.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions tailored specifically for women aged 35 to 55, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

• Create personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and progressive muscle relaxation techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychiatrists, and community health workers, to coordinate referrals and enhance comprehensive client care.

• Provide ongoing support and crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients feel safe and heard throughout their therapeutic journeys.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
