Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to understand their unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for diverse clientele, which may include individuals seeking one-on-one counseling, couples navigating relationship challenges, and groups focused on shared experiences.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and integrative care for all clients.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to align with client goals and improve outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with clients who have limited access to mental health services, treating a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Our focus is on building therapeutic relationships that empower clients to work through their challenges, improve their mental health, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, you will benefit from:
