Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and validated assessment tools.

• Develop individualized and evidence-based treatment plans, tailored to each client's goals, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or trauma-informed care.

• Provide high-quality therapy services including individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, applying appropriate modalities to support client progress.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment outcomes, using our secure electronic medical record (EMR) system to track progress efficiently.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and engage in case consultations to ensure clients receive comprehensive, holistic care that encompasses their social and emotional needs.

• Adhere stringently to ethical and legal guidelines in the provision of mental health services, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in the state of Pennsylvania, which may include:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing therapy services to a diverse clientele.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.

• Capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong familiarity with evidence-based practices and a desire to continue learning about advancements in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
