Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and goals.

• Develop personalized therapeutic treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally responsive techniques to engage a diverse clientele.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide clients with resources and referrals for additional support services as needed, including support groups and medication assessments.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with organizational protocols and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Your role will be pivotal in crafting a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and develop effective coping strategies, fostering a supportive environment conducive to growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Solid understanding of various mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to utilize evidence-based practices in therapy.
\n
• Demonstrated experience with both individual and group therapy processes.

• Strong crisis management skills, with an ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
