Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial consultations to determine clients’ mental health statuses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, offering guidance and supportive interventions to empower clients.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists or specialized services when appropriate.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our EHR system to maintain compliance and continuity of care.

• Engage in regular supervision, training, and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on mental health advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. Your ability to incorporate cultural competence into therapy will be essential in connecting with clients from varied backgrounds and ensuring that their unique life experiences are respected and understood.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A valid, unrestricted license in the state of Pennsylvania as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of four years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, including familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methods, and cultural competency.

• Superb interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients from differing backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
