Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and intake interviews, meticulously documenting case histories and client needs.

• Evaluate clients’ mental, behavioral, and emotional health to develop personalized treatment plans that encompass both immediate and long-term goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment tools and methodologies pertinent to mental health care.

• Strong knowledge of and adherence to ethical standards and best practices as defined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

Preferred Experience\n
