Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to understand clients' psychological needs and to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, which may include individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on their unique circumstances.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting approaches according to client preferences and requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic treatment that appropriately integrates various perspectives.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring effective communication within the team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
