Work Environment\n

This position operates within a remote framework, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative spirit with our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' emotional and behavioral health needs, ensuring appropriate interventions are applied.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to stabilize patients and guide them through emotional difficulties.

• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation of patient records, including clinical notes that comply with confidentiality regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and community resources, to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans that meet individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent counseling license such as LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, ideally within outpatient settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in crisis intervention and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and data management protocols is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
