Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver care effectively from your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will be part of a virtual clinic specializing in community health services, where our team collaborates to enhance patient outcomes through shared knowledge and expertise. Our core operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some potential for flexible scheduling based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' unique situations, employing solution-focused clinical techniques to develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements, ensuring the high standard of care expected in our community health clinic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
