Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to a diverse population, employing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges.

• Utilize our user-friendly digital platform for scheduling therapy sessions, managing client notes efficiently, and streamlining therapy progress tracking.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses a wide range of demographics and mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, addiction, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a professional mental health therapist in Pennsylvania (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

• Must be able to work independently, providing therapeutic services without supervision.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field is highly preferred, although candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree demonstrating exceptional experience will also be considered.

• Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with electronic health records systems is advantageous.
