In this full-time remote position, you will play a critical role in the mental health and well-being of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing client needs, devising individualized therapy plans, and providing ongoing support to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, including comprehensive intake interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and challenges.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to support clients in navigating their mental health journeys.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary and maintain a composed and supportive presence during high-stress situations.

• Provide referrals to psychiatrists or other specialized healthcare providers as needed to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document all client interactions and progress notes using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Regularly participate in professional development training to stay updated on the latest practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will interact with a diverse range of clients, including adults, teenagers, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of experience providing direct mental health counseling.

• Strong understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven ability to establish rapport with clients from varied cultures and backgrounds.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and basic computer applications to manage client records effectively.

• Deep commitment to ethical guidelines and maintaining client confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
