Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through one-on-one discussions, using standardized tools and personal observation.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnosis and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide regular therapy sessions, either individually or in group settings, focusing on issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma.

• Facilitate psychoeducation and skill-building workshops to equip clients with coping strategies and resources.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, for comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in the EHR system to maintain accurate records and improve service delivery.

• Actively participate in professional development opportunities, including team meetings and case consultations, to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients largely consist of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with individuals of varying backgrounds and psychological needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
