Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to understand their mental health status and challenges.

• Design personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques suitable for individual and group settings.

• Facilitate therapy sessions on a regular basis, utilizing various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Document all interactions in compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines, using our EHR systems efficiently.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when medication management or additional support is required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that may include adults, adolescents, and families dealing with a range of mental health concerns. This role requires cultural competence and sensitivity as you provide tailored interventions to reflect the individual needs and backgrounds of clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in fostering trust and rapport with clients from all walks of life, addressing issues such as trauma, grief, addiction, and relationship difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or clinical settings.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and cultural competence in providing therapy.

• Capability to deliver group and individual therapy sessions in a culturally informed manner.

• Proficient in crisis intervention and maintaining composure in stressful situations.

• Excellent communication skills, fostering relationships with clients, families, and colleagues alike.

• Competence and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
