Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients’ trauma histories and symptoms, enabling the development of tailored treatment approaches.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that center on trauma recovery, using evidence-based frameworks designed to foster resilience and healing.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, cultivating a space for clients to process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive support system for clients, ensuring integrated care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
