Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring that care is tailored to each individual's needs and backgrounds.

• Providing individualized and family therapy sessions backed by clinical assessments and evidence-based practices, focusing on fostering resilience and personal growth.

• Completing thorough documentation, including billing, detailed treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified timeframes to ensure seamless care transitions.

• Developing comprehensive crisis and safety plans, as well as relapse prevention and wellness plans to enhance patients' stability and ongoing progress.

• Creating discharge plans that guide patients toward continued success beyond therapy.
\n
• Adhering strictly to federal and state regulations, along with NEHS policies and procedures, to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through training and education to remain current on best practices in mental health counseling.
\n
• Participating in case consultations and agency meetings to foster a collaborative environment and facilitate peer support.

• Completing all licensing and mandatory training timely to uphold professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse array of clients, each with unique backgrounds and challenges. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.

• State Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, such as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While licensure is mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient treatment settings or those with specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities are highly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also advantageous in supporting efficient workflow and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
