Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify specific therapeutic needs.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions that adhere to protocols for effective treatment based on assessment outcomes.
\n
• Manage administrative tasks such as billing, documentation, and completing individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization forms punctually.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis intervention plans, safety plans when needed, and personalized relapse prevention and wellness plans to promote sustained recovery.

• Create, execute, and monitor discharge plans that support transitions back into the community or to lower levels of care.
\n
• Adhere strictly to applicable federal and state laws, regulatory expectations, and NEHS policies to ensure compliance and ethical practices.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education opportunities.
\n
• Collaborate in case consultations and contribute insights during agency meetings to improve treatment strategies and client outcomes.
\n
• Complete all licensure renewals and mandatory training sessions on time.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field that qualifies for licensure is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the State of Arizona (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in telehealth counseling is preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health record systems.

• A demonstrated ability to develop individualized treatment and discharge plans based on established therapeutic protocols.

• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team setting, contributing to case management and treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
