Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a keen focus on cultural competencies in therapy.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy using culturally responsive and inclusive methods.

• Superior crisis intervention skills, maintaining composure and resourcefulness in challenging situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
