Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, tailoring your approach to diverse backgrounds.

• Manage all aspects of documentation, including billing and insurance authorization, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Develop detailed crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to support clients in developing sustainable coping strategies.

• Prepare comprehensive discharge plans to facilitate a smooth transition for patients leaving therapy.

• Adhere to federal and state legal requirements, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all client interactions.

• Engage in continuous professional development to improve skills, attending training and participating in case consultations and agency meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a wide range of individuals seeking support for various mental health conditions. You will work with adults and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. By employing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will actively contribute to their healing and recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field, which qualifies you for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methods is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and effectively address different cultural needs.

• Prior experience in crisis intervention and developing safety plans is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
